High density polyethylene (HDPE), also known as low-pressure polyethylene, is a semi transparent material with high crystallinity and a certain degree of non-polar surface. PE has excellent resistance to most household and industrial chemicals.

HDPE is a high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin. High density polyethylene is a white powder granular product that is non-toxic and odorless, with a density range of 0.940~0.976 g/cm3; The crystallinity is 80%~90%, the softening point is 125~135 ºC, and the operating temperature can reach 100 ºC; The melting temperature is 120-160 ºC. For materials with larger molecules, it is recommended to have a melting temperature range between 200-250 ºC.
